The staff are courteous and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The setting is marvellous and convenient, really close to downtown and restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores and restaurants and shops, quiet area. And it's by Quesnel River.

It was in a convenient location for my needs
I won't be staying there again. There was no cafe or restaurant in the building except 4 tables in the lobby to serve breakfast to the guests only until 10 a.m. I had to go elsewhere to find dinner. The railings on the outdoor stairway were coming loose and just waiting to hurt someone badly. Maintenance was sadly lacking.The air conditioning was insufficient for the size of the room and ran loudly and constantly.
